President Ilham Aliyev emphasized the need for flexible subsidies during a meeting on agriculture.
He highlighted that demand for products in traditional markets should be analyzed.
“We provide subsidies and this continues for 10 years; that cannot be. The mechanism must be reviewed annually,” the President stated.
