Kyrgyz Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services Nurdan Oruntaev, participating in WUF13, called the reconstruction work in Karabakh an international-level process.
"We are restoring cooperation with Azerbaijan in the construction sector for the first time in 30 years," the minister said.
He emphasized Azerbaijan's restoration efforts and noted that last year, by order of the President of Kyrgyzstan, a modern school was built in the liberated territories.
The minister also mentioned that Azerbaijani business is gradually entering Kyrgyzstan and invited new investors to invest in the country.
