Resettlement to Zar village by year-end

A residential complex is under construction in Zar village, Kalbajar district. Resettlement is planned by the end of the year.

This was announced by Bashir Hajiyev, special representative of the President in Kalbajar, at an event within WUF13.

The complex covers 243.38 hectares and includes 547 apartments. Construction is expected to be completed by year-end.
