The Speaker of the Slovak National Council, Richard Raši, visited Khankendi on May 15 to inspect reconstruction efforts.
The delegation toured large-scale construction and restoration projects, including Victory Park and Karabakh University.
At the university, they explored modern classrooms, labs, and discussed international cooperation.
