The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the "Rules for transferring the balance of the single treasury account to management." Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision on this matter.
The new rules replace the previous decision dated April 6, 2007. They define the mechanism for transferring the free balance of the single treasury account to management on any calendar day of the budget year.
The rules aim to implement President Ilham Aliyev's decree dated August 4, 2025. The main goal is to ensure compliance with budget legislation.
