President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov expressed gratitude to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during the WUF13 Leaders Summit in Baku.
He thanked Aliyev for the excellent organization of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
"First of all, I express my deep gratitude to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and the Azerbaijani people for their sincere hospitality and the highest level of organization of this important event," Japarov emphasized.
