Head of Turkey's Religious Affairs Directorate, Safi Arpagus, stated at a meeting in Shusha that the Islamic world is afflicted by two forms of ignorance.
He highlighted the lack of knowledge about the Quran, Prophet, and Islamic civilization, as well as ignorance of plots targeting Muslim lands.
Arpagus called for joint projects to combat these challenges and propose practical solutions.
