Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba stated at the UN Urban Forum that six million Ukrainians have been displaced due to the war.

He noted infrastructure damage exceeds $95 billion, with nearly 41,000 multi-story buildings completely destroyed.

Kuleba emphasized Ukraine aims to create a modern, safe environment.
