Chairman of the Slovak National Council Rixard Rašin led a delegation to visit Victory Park in Baku.
An honorary guard was lined up in his honor.
He laid a wreath at the Victory Monument.
Guests were informed about the park, which commemorates heroism and victory in the Patriotic War.
