Deputy Elchin Mirzabayli stated that Solovyov spews lies and slander.
“Solovyov's very existence is built on lies, defamation, and distortion of historical facts”.
He emphasized that Solovyov's comments about Gandzasar monastery are insignificant.
“Solovyov's disgusting image should disturb the Russian people”, he said.
According to UNESCO convention, monuments are considered the cultural heritage of the state where they are located.
