Starmer could become NATO Secretary General

Starmer could become NATO Secretary General

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who announced his resignation days ago, is considering running for NATO Secretary General.

According to Oxu.Az, The Observer newspaper reported that the politician intends to nominate himself in the next election in 2028.

The current Secretary General is Mark Rutte, former Prime Minister of the Netherlands. Starmer's plans would require long-term and consistent support from the UK leadership.
