The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, has sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
The letter extends greetings on the occasion of May 28 - Independence Day and the holy holiday of Eid al-Adha.
The Secretary General emphasized that the establishment of the first democratic republic by the Azerbaijani people is a pride for the entire Turkic world.
He noted that during Azerbaijan's chairmanship, the organization's prestige has increased globally and multifaceted cooperation has reached a new qualitative level.
Omuraliev expressed deep gratitude for the President's contributions to strengthening the Organization of Turkic States and expressed confidence that Azerbaijan will continue to develop and strengthen under his leadership.
