The 3rd meeting of heads of competition authorities of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) and the Competition Forum have started in Shusha.
The forum will discuss the formation of competition policy and strengthening regional cooperation in this field.
At the opening ceremony, Chairman of the State Service for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control Elnur Baghirov, Deputy Minister of Economy Samad Bashirli, and Deputy Secretary General of the OTS Merey Mukajan will deliver speeches.
Representatives of competition authorities from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan will participate in the panel discussion.
Later, the 3rd meeting of heads of competition authorities will be held. Heads of competition authorities from Hungary and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus are also scheduled to speak. At the end of the meeting, a Joint Communiqué will be signed.
