Heads of state religious institutions from the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) member countries visited the Alley of Honor and Victory Park on June 29 before the First Meeting in Shusha.
The visitors paid tribute to national leader Heydar Aliyev, laying a wreath at his grave.
They also remembered academician Zarifa Aliyeva, statesman Aziz Aliyev, and professor Tamerlan Aliyev.
Later, participants laid a wreath at the Victory Park monument and learned about Azerbaijan's historic victory in the Patriotic War.
