Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), stated that relations between Turkic states are at the highest level.

He made this remarks at the opening ceremony of the Turkic World Week, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First Turkology Congress.

Omuraliev emphasized that the ideas voiced 100 years ago remain relevant today: important steps are being taken to strengthen ties between peoples, develop mutual cooperation, and preserve common values.
