The Organization of Turkic States (OTS) welcomes the adoption of Azerbaijan's Artificial Intelligence Strategy for 2025-2028 and the approval of the Action Plan for Accelerating Digital Development for 2026-2028.

According to Oxu.Az, this was stated in the Turkestan Declaration adopted at the OTS informal summit. The signatories also support similar initiatives by other Turkic states.

These include the digital codes of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan coming into force in 2026, Uzbekistan's AI strategy until 2030, Turkey's new vision for AI post-2026, and the establishment of Turkey's Cybersecurity Authority. These efforts contribute to digital transformation.
