In Azerbaijan, individuals whose names are not on the voter list can still participate in elections and cast their votes.
According to Oxu.Az, this was stated today by Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission, during a commission meeting.
He noted that citizens who, for objective or subjective reasons, are not included in the voter list will have their voting rights ensured on election day.
Panahov emphasized that all necessary conditions have been created for voters in Azerbaijan to cast their votes.
