Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev highlighted Azerbaijan's role in the Turkic world at an event in Baku.
According to Oxu.Az, Tokayev's message was read by his adviser Malik Atarbayev.
He noted the significance of the First Turkology Congress: "The congress became a symbol of unity among brotherly countries. Its ideas remain relevant today."
