Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized Azerbaijan's special place in the Turkic world in his address to the Turkic World Week in Baku.

Tokayev noted that the ideas of the first Turkological Congress remain relevant today. He stressed the importance of preserving the common spiritual heritage.

The President highlighted the need to strengthen cooperation among scientists and enhance cultural and humanitarian partnership.

Tokayev expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan.
