President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

In the letter, the UAE leader expressed his sincere congratulations on the occasion of Independence Day, wishing the President strong health and happiness, and the friendly people of Azerbaijan prosperity and progress.
