The Executive Director of UN-Habitat, Anaclaudia Rossbach, thanked Azerbaijan for hosting the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
She highlighted the global housing crisis, stating: "The housing crisis is a human rights crisis."
Rossbach noted the high level of interest in the forum held in Baku.
