A UN official cited an Azerbaijani proverb at the World Urban Forum.

“Azerbaijan has a beautiful proverb: ‘Drop by drop, a lake forms; flowing, it becomes a flood.’ It relates to our work,” said Nqa Kor Ming.

“If any policy can be discussed, partnership formed, and commitment made in Baku, it is a beacon of hope,” he added.
