Artyom Kreskas, an Uzbek delegate at the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, shared his positive impressions of Azerbaijan.
He highlighted the rich historical heritage and the large-scale construction along the Caspian Sea coast: "Road construction, engineering networks, and integrated residential development caught our attention."
Kreskas also noted ongoing negotiations with private sector representatives and stressed the importance of future cooperation for mutual benefit.
