Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic spoke at the Leaders Summit held within the framework of WUF13.
He thanked the people of Azerbaijan for their magnificent hospitality: "I also thank President Ilham Aliyev for the unforgettable reception and event in Baku."
Vucic emphasized: "Every time I come to Baku, I witness great changes. President Aliyev's dedication to his people and determination are the reasons for incredible progress."
He noted that WUF13 is proof of Baku's transformation into a world capital.
