MP Vugar Rahimzade called the Great Return to Karabakh and East Zangezur a glorious process.
He spoke at a joint meeting of the Milli Majlis committees, highlighting the state's work for regional development.
Rahimzade noted that building modern cities and towns, and returning to lands after more than 30 years of longing, is very honorable.
He emphasized the importance of the bill amending the Housing Code and laws on refugee status and social protection of IDPs.
The MP said: "The return of people, their liberation from being temporary, and their eternal return to their ancestral lands is very honorable."
