President Ilham Aliyev appointed Agakerim Samadzade as First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources.
He studied philology and law at Baku State University, public administration at the Academy of Public Administration, and earned a master's degree in law in Russia.
His career began at Azəravtoyol, then he held leadership positions at the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Economy, Azerbaijan Investment Company, and Business Development Fund.
He received the rank of "Chief Justice Advisor" and multiple medals for efficient public service.
He knows Azerbaijani, English, Russian, and Turkish.
