President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of "GP Safety" LLC's work gloves production plant in Khojaly on May 28.
The founder Hikmat Asadov informed the head of state about the facility. Four types of work gloves will be produced here.
The annual production capacity is 25 million pairs of gloves. Products are intended for the domestic market, with future exports to Europe planned.
The plant will employ 35 people. The investment volume is 3.5 million manats. State support includes a concessional loan of 1 million manats.
This plant will play a key role in restoring Khojaly's economic potential and contribute to the development of light industry.
