UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed announced that documents on adequate housing for women will be adopted during the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku.

She emphasized that women's access to safe and affordable housing must be prioritized in urban planning policies.

Speaking at the "Women's Roundtable: Gender Equality and Adequate Housing for Women's Empowerment," Mohammed stressed that strong cities are key to ensuring women's rights.
