Chinese President Xi Jinping's special representative, Zhang Guozhong, will visit Azerbaijan.

According to Oxu.Az, this was announced on the official website of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Zhang Guozhong will attend the Leaders' Summit of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku on May 17-18.
