In the modern world, the competitiveness of states is measured not only by economic indicators but also by human capital. Azerbaijan's policy under President Ilham Aliyev takes significant steps in this area.
The "Yukselish" competition is a strategic platform for identifying and developing human capital. Participants are assessed on analytical thinking, leadership, and management skills.
Of the 1,468 participants advancing to the management skills stage, 1,338 obtained bachelor's degrees in Azerbaijan, 98 abroad, and 32 in both. At the master's level, there are 1,171 participants, and 178 at the doctoral level.
Among the 116 winners, 25 studied abroad under the State Program. This demonstrates the success of the state's education policy.
"Yukselish" is not just a selection process but a strategic platform for managing and integrating human capital.
