Zimbabwe's Vice President Constantino Guveya Dominic Nyikadzino Chiwenga spoke at the WUF13 Leaders Summit.

He thanked Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for hospitality and highlighted the importance of the World Urban Forum (WUF).

The Vice President stressed the need to develop the Forum and strengthen political will for sustainable living spaces: "We must find solutions together. Today, 3 billion people worldwide lack housing."

Zimbabwe had a shortage of 1.5 million homes, but this decreased between 2020-2025. Another 1 million homes are planned for 2026-2030.
