A 10-year-old boy in Missouri, USA, has been charged with first-degree murder after fatally shooting a 7-month-old baby girl.
The incident occurred in St. Louis. According to police, the boy took a gun his father had hidden under a mattress and fired at the infant's head.
The baby was rushed to the hospital but died from her injuries. The boy's father faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child.
This is believed to be the youngest person charged with murder in Missouri history.
