Doctors in Volgograd, Russia, removed 227 foreign objects from a 50-year-old man's stomach. The patient was hospitalized with suspected gastrointestinal bleeding.
Examination revealed coins, 11 nuts, and two door handles in the stomach and esophagus. The surgery was performed using a minimally invasive endoscopic method without incisions.
