Four people trapped for 10 days in a flooded cave in Laos have been rescued. The information was reported by vietnam.vn.

Earlier, on May 29, one person managed to leave the cave on his own. Two others remain missing, and search operations continue.

A group of seven villagers had entered narrow underground tunnels in central Sayasombun province to search for gold. A sudden flood on May 20 submerged the cave.

Search and rescue operations involve experts from Indonesia, France, and Australia.
