Finland's mining company "Endomines" has discovered four new gold zones during drilling in the Ukkolanvaara rock massif, located 10 km from the Russian border.
According to Oxu.Az, this was reported by "Yle".
CEO Kari Vihtinen noted that this confirms significant gold potential at the Ukko deposit in Ukkolanvaara.
"Three such high-quality gold zones in a single well - that's something we haven't seen before," he emphasized.
The expert noted that the length of the gold mining system is approximately 7 km.
