Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich could mediate between Russia and Ukraine, but it depends on Putin's decision.
Zelensky spoke at the "Reuters NEXT Europe" summit. He noted that Abramovich had a concrete dialogue with him during a visit to Kyiv and understood Ukraine's position.
Zelensky emphasized: "He can be such a person, but it depends on Putin. Every country must choose its own representative."
Earlier, Putin said Ukraine had invited a Russian business representative to talks in Kyiv.
