Former head of the Ukrainian President's Office, Andriy Yermak, has been released from pre-trial detention after posting bail of 140 million hryvnias (approximately $3 million).
MP Oleksiy Honcharenko shared a video on Telegram showing Yermak and an accompanying person leaving the detention facility and getting into a black Mercedes-Benz.
As conditions of release, Yermak must wear an electronic bracelet, not leave Kyiv, appear immediately upon summons, surrender his passports, and avoid contact with other defendants.
