An armed individual opened fire in Tarsus, Mersin province, Turkey.
The incident occurred in Kadelli Dörtler neighborhood. Suspect M.Ö. entered a restaurant and used a weapon.
Restaurant owner Sabri Pan died in hospital, while employee Ahmet Ercan Can died at the scene.
The fleeing suspect killed Yusuf Oktay in Kaburgediği and Abdullah Koca in Yenimahalle.
Eight more people were injured. Police are conducting a large-scale operation with helicopters.
