An armed attack was carried out on the headquarters of Otokoç, a subsidiary of Koç Holding, in Maltepe district of Istanbul, Turkey.
Police have launched an operation to capture the masked assailants who fled after the attack.
No casualties were reported, but the building sustained significant damage from bullets.
Previously, the Izmir Prosecutor's Office had launched an investigation into businessman Rahmi Koç for allegedly insulting certain ethnic and gender groups. Koç later apologized, stating he had no intention of targeting any identity.
