Azerbaijan's ambassador to Uzbekistan, Huseyn Guliyev, has been awarded the "Mehnat Shukhrati" order.
Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the ambassador on June 22 and praised his work.
During the meeting, trade and economic cooperation were discussed. In recent years, trade turnover has increased, and 280 Azerbaijani companies have started operations.
Ambassador Guliyev thanked the President for supporting his diplomatic mission.
