A 10-story building under construction collapsed in Angeles City, Philippines, trapping dozens of workers under the debris.
According to initial reports, workers were inside at the time of the collapse. Search and rescue teams have been deployed to the site.
About ten people managed to escape on their own. Rescuers are dismantling structures to reach others.
The debris also damaged a neighboring building, where a foreign tourist was initially stranded but later rescued.
