China reveals price of new civilian robot GD01

China's Unitree Robotics has announced the price of its new GD01 robot at $650,000. The civilian robot has transformation features and is ready for mass production.

Chinese company "Unitree Robotics" has unveiled its new GD01 robot, which can be controlled by a human and has transformation capabilities.

A promotional video shows the robot destroying a wall of concrete blocks with a single blow. The robot is ready for mass production, with a starting price of $650,000 USD.

The robot's height is twice that of an adult human. Its weight, including the operator, is approximately 500 kilograms. It can move on two legs or four limbs (arms and legs).

The robot was demonstrated by the company's CEO, Wang Xingxing. The GD01 is marketed as a civilian device.
