Armenia's Investigative Committee has charged detained Colonel Edik Maloyan with disclosing state secrets.
According to reports, the unit commander Maloyan, despite lacking clearance, persuaded another officer R.C. to pass classified information to him. He then made the secrets public.
Both suspects are in custody, and a request for pre-trial detention has been submitted to court.
