Famous Russian singer Dima Bilan has sold his house located on the Novorizhskoye Highway near Moscow.
According to Oxu.Az, the international consulting company "NF Group", which acted as an exclusive advisor in the sale, reported the transaction.
The artist earned 250 million rubles (approximately $2.8 million) from the sale. The identity of the buyer remains undisclosed, but it is noted that they are not a public figure.
Earlier, Bilan announced that he had purchased a new country house with a mortgage and decided to sell his other two properties.
