Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten was hospitalized on the Caribbean island of Bonaire after a severe allergic reaction.
He shared the news on his X account, stating that after receiving necessary medical treatment, he was able to continue his business trip with a partially adjusted schedule.
According to the NU.nl portal, Jetten was stung by a mollusk while swimming, triggering the severe allergy. Several plans, including meetings with officials from Bonaire's agricultural agency and a flight to Aruba, were postponed due to the incident.
