The number of Ebola virus infections in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has risen to 321.
According to Oxu.Az, Reuters reported this information.
The World Health Organization's latest data shows 906 suspected Ebola cases in the DRC. On Sunday evening, the government announced that confirmed infections had increased to 282.
It was reported that CEPI, a global health organization, will allocate approximately $60 million to Moderna and two other groups to accelerate the development of vaccines against the Ebola-Bundibugyo virus spreading in eastern DRC. CEPI was one of the first investors to help create vaccines during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
