American billionaire Elon Musk has become the first trillionaire in history thanks to the IPO of SpaceX shares.

Oxu.Az reports that this information was disseminated by Reuters.

According to the source, earlier the company announced that it would raise a record amount of $75 billion through the IPO.

It was noted that on June 11, SpaceX, a US company, disclosed the price and number of shares ahead of its public offering. The company placed 555,555,555 shares at $135 each. SpaceX securities are now traded on the Nasdaq electronic exchange under the ticker SPCX.
