An explosion occurred at the MOL oil refinery in the city of Tisaujvaros, Hungary.

According to Oxu.Az, Hungarian Prime Minister Peter Magyar announced this on his Facebook page.

The explosion resulted in one death and several people with serious injuries.

The Prime Minister, along with Energy Minister Istvan Kapitan and MOL CEO Zsolt Hernadi, has arrived at the scene.
