The US and Iran are very close to signing an agreement to resolve the conflict.
Oxu.Az reports that this information was released by Reuters, citing a US official.
According to the source, Washington expects the document to be signed in the coming days. The agency's interlocutor claimed that one of the terms of the agreement is for the US to remove and destroy enriched uranium from Iranian territory.
A senior US administration official told Reuters that the agreement also includes keeping the Strait of Hormuz open in exchange for a significant easing of sanctions against Iran.
Another source of the agency said the document could be signed on June 14.
It is noteworthy that Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the US and Iran have approved the final version of the peace agreement text.
