A court in Moscow has arrested Mikhail Poluboyarinov, former CEO of Aeroflot, on charges of abuse of power during the rehabilitation of Svyaz-Bank.

According to law enforcement sources cited by TASS, the court ordered Poluboyarinov's detention for two months.

The criminal case involves abuses committed while Poluboyarinov worked at Vnesheconombank.

Poluboyarinov served as CEO of Aeroflot from 2020 to 2022.
